DO YOU OFFER BULK BILLED CONSULTATIONS?
The Clinic is a mixed billing practice and any fees are payable at the time of consultation. Medicare Easyclaim is available for a prompt refund. Veterans patients are welcome and billed on their Gold Card entitlements. Bulk Billed consultations are determined by each individual doctor and this is at their own discretion. Please ask the reception staff about the billing policies of each doctor.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
Your doctor can manage all acute health issues and are experts in managing chronic disease. Care includes Men’s and Women’s Health, Child Health, Aviation Medicine, Vaccinations and Travel, Occupational Health and WorkCover. Emergencies can safely be provided available with 3 dedicated procedure rooms and emergency care room. Your doctor can diagnose and treat skin cancer, perform cryotherapy, biopsy, excisions and curative treatments.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
Except in Emergency, all consultations require an appointment, so ring us on 33988800. On arrival, new patients are asked to fill in a new patient record, appropriate Medicare, Veteran and Concession Card Numbers. Please always notify reception on arriving. Emergencies are always a priority, hopefully it is not you.
WHAT ABOUT SECURITY? HOW SAFE ARE MY RECORDS?
In this era of cybersecurity, care is taken not to jeopardise your records. Bookings are currently not online to protect access to the network. The clinic has been using digital systems since 1999 and uses multisystem backup procedures.

ARE YOUR DOCTORS ACCREDITED?
The doctors are all Medicare recognised as Specialists in General Practice and all maintain ongoing education through the RACGP. All doctors are medically registered with APHRA. The practice undergoes a 3 yearly cycle of accreditation with AGPAL where all patient safety systems are reviewed. Each doctor practises independently and each has access to all the clinic facilities for your care.
DO YOU HAVE SERVICES OTHER THAN A DOCTOR?
The clinic is fortunate to have two very long-standing skilled, dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses. Both RNs are very well qualified and have many years of experience in hospital and GP based nursing. Their special skills enable the practice to be more holistic when caring for you. The Clinic has a great team of reception staff upskilled to give you the best “front of house” experience. Each doctor endeavours to engage the best and widest choice in your care from outside the clinic for any Allied Health Professionals that you need. For you, this ensures help is tailored to your needs.
