Am I eligible for an ADHD Assessment?

At Old Cleveland Road Clinic, ADHD assessments are available for patients aged 17–59 years with Dr Sanaz Hejazi.

You may be eligible for an ADHD assessment if you are experiencing ongoing challenges with:

  • Attention, focus, or concentration
  • Organisation, time management, or completing tasks
  • Impulsivity, restlessness, or difficulty sitting still
  • Emotional regulation or frequent overwhelm
  • Difficulties at work, university, or in everyday life that may be linked to ADHD
  • Concerns raised by family members, employers, or other health professionals

These appointments are longer than standard GP consultations and provide a supportive, structured space to explore how symptoms may be affecting your daily life.

If ADHD is diagnosed, Dr Sanaz Hejazi can provide ongoing GP-led treatment and management for eligible patients, helping you develop a personalised care plan and supporting your long-term management.
